When and how will I be paid?

The payouts are made directly into your bank account*, and they are automatically triggered 48h after the guest arrives. You will be sent an email confirming your payment has been triggered. 

The time it takes for the transfer to arrive may vary depending on banking establishments: from the moment the payout has been triggered, you should calculate 3 to 4 days on average for the sum to reach your bank account.

Please note that for last-minute bookings, the payout of the amount due to you may be delayed for reasons of bank security since the validation of a guest's payment takes 7 working days.

Example 1: Your guest books one month in advance. In this case there won't be any delay with your payout since we've had plenty of time to validate the payment. Therefore your payout will indeed be triggered 48h after the arrival of your guest.  

Example 2: Your guest makes the booking the day before arriving. Since we need 7 working days to validate the guest's payment, your payout will be delayed. In such a case, your payout will be triggered 6 days after your guest arrives.  

You can access the history of your payouts at any time in the "My account "section, under "Payout history"

If your bank account is not situated in one of these countries, we won't be able to validate your Sportihome hosting account.
