When a traveler would like to book your accommodation, he sends you a booking request, with his visit dates, the numbers of travelers and a personal text via our intern messaging.
It is not an instant booking, you can discuss with the guest via our intern messaging before to confirm the booking.
For each booking request, you receive an email and a text message (don't forget to indicate your phone number to be more reactive)
You will be invite in your personal account in order to accept or refuse this booking request. You have 24h to answer at this booking request, after this deadline, you possibility to rent decrease.
REMINDER : When you accept the booking request, dates are automatically blocked on your calendar (and on every calendar you synchronized from another platform).
PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK YOUR DATES MANUALLY.
To find out about the guest you can discuss with him via our internal messaging but you also can consult his profile by clicking on his photography.
Start from your acceptation, the guest has 24h to definitively confirm his booking. After his validation, the guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation, then i will receive an confirmation email (phone number and owner's mailing address).
You can chat with the guest via our internal messaging in order to exchange about his sport trip organisation.
Reminder : The personal details sharing like phone number, email, or other website is not possible via our internal chat. your phone number and your address will be automatically communicate to the guest when the booking will be confirm.
