I'm a guest, how do I make a booking?

 Once you've found your ideal place to stay, click on its photo and a new window will open showing the accommodation in detail.

To book this accommodation with a Sportihome host,

1. If you haven't already entered your arrival and departure dates, please select them now, along with number of guests.
2. Write a friendly message to your potential host! :)
3. And finally, click on "Booking request"

The host now has a time limit of 24 hours to confirm your booking request. During this period, s/he can use the internal messaging service to communicate with you and find out a little more about you.
As soon as your booking request has been accepted/declined, you'll receive an email and a notification (on the website and the app) with your host's message.

If the host's reply to your booking request is positive, you now have a time limit of 24 hours to officially confirm your booking and proceed to pay for your stay by clicking on the "confirm and pay" tab.

Reminder 1: It is prohibited to share contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses or links to other websites/rental pages when you communicate through the internal messaging service.

Reminder 2: You must pay the total price of your stay upon confirming your booking request. Your host will receive the payment 48 hours after you arrive at the accommodation.

Reminder 3: It's worth your while to make your profile as complete as possible, with profile photo, description, sports, commitments, etc. The more your host knows about you, the more secure s/he will feel in offering you accommodation.
