How do I sync my calendar from Airbnb?

To bring your calendars into automatic sync, carefully follow the steps described below.

Find the ICal URL

1. Go to the Airbnb platform

2. Click on the "host" section, and then "calendar" in the top right-hand corner

3. Next, click on "Listings"

4. Go right down to the bottom to find "Sync calendars", then click on "Export calendar"

5. Select the ICal URL, right-click and "copy".

Sync your calendars

1. Go to www.sportihome.com

2. Go to "My listings" page

3. Click on the "calendar" of the relevant accommodation, then click the green "Sync" tab in the top right-hand corner

4. Paste the ICalendar calendar's URL link in the "Sync calendar" window as shown below

5. Your calendar is thus automatically synced to the relevant platform!

Note that the calendars are automatically updated every 6 hours, which means that updates are not instantaneous. But you can trigger the update yourself by clicking on the "My calendar is up-to-date" tab on the top right hand side of your calendar. 

Moreover, if you've listed your accommodation on a number of platforms, remember that you can sync up to 3 calendars simultaneously on Sportihome.
