How do I sync my calendar?

To make life easier when managing your listings, many of you have asked us whether it's possible to sync your calendars with those you have on other platforms.

We're pleased to tell you this is now possible and, above all, it's very simple:

#1 Go to the platform from which you want to export your availability settings

#2 On your calendar management page, select the option "Export my calendar" and copy (ctrl+c) the ICal link that appears (eg: http://mylisting/1234567.ical)

#3 Go back to Sportihome.com, to My listings / Manage listings / Manage calendar.

#4 Click on "Sync my calendar", paste (ctrl+v) the ICal link into the appropriate field and click on sync.

From now on, the availability settings on your calendars are synchronised with each other. You no longer have to worry about updating them manually. They'll be automatically updated every time there's a new booking or cancellation.

These updates happen automatically every 6 hours and are therefore not instantaneous. But you can trigger the update yourself by clicking on the "My calendar is up-to-date" tab on the top right hand side of your calendar. 

Moreover, if you've listed your accommodation on a number of platforms, remember that you can sync up to 3 calendars simultaneously on Sportihome.
