As a guest, do I have to pay service fees?

In order to continuously provide you with optimum services and offer you the highest level of support, Sportihome takes service fees from the host side and  the guest side at each booking.

These fees include the hosting of spot and accommodation listings, on our servers, the administration of bookings, online transaction security as well as staff available 7 days a week, and complementary insurance to give you complete peace of mind.

These fees vary from approximately 5 to 15% depending on the total price of a booking.

They are applied to the net total price of a booking and will be shown to you when the booking request is sent to the host.

If you live in a region where we are subject to VAT, the VAT has to be applied to our service fees.
