For a booking to be confirmed, the following steps must be taken:
- the guest sends you a booking request,
- You, as a host, accept the guest's booking request
- The guest then validates your booking confirmation and proceeds to pay for the stay.
The booking is fully confirmed once the full payment of the stay has gone through to our financial partner. You can view your booking request history on the "My bookings" page. Hover on your avatar in the top right-hand corner then click on "My bookings".
You'll be informed about a booking request and the booking confirmation both by email AND text message. So please make sure you enter your phone number correctly.
REMINDER: As soon as you accept the booking, the dates will be automatically blocked on your calendar (or calendars, if you've synced with other platforms).
SO PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THEM MANUALLY.
