When you create your listing, you can set it to one of 4 cancellation conditions, choosing between: Flexible, Moderate, Strict and Very Strict.
These give you some protection should your guests cancel their stay.
The amount to be refunded is determined by the date on which the guest cancels and the cancellation conditions you selected upon creating your accommodation listing.
Note:Time limits start from the date on which the guest has confirmed and paid for the booking.
- FLEXIBLE:
- Your guest cancels their booking more than 24 hours before the time of arrival (local time) shown on the listing→ You will not receive a refund.
- Your guest cancels their booking less than 24 hours before the time of arrival (local time) shown on the listing→ You be refunded the full amount of the booking, excluding the service fees due to Sportihome.
- MODERATE:
- Your guest cancels their booking more than 5 days before the time of arrival (local time) shown on the listing→You will not receive a refund.
- Your guest cancels their booking between5 days and 24 h before the time of arrival (local time) shown on the listing→ You will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the booking, excluding the service fees due to Sportihome.
- Your guest cancels their booking less than 24 hours before the time of arrival (local time) shown on the listing → You will be refunded the full amount of the booking, excluding the service fees due to Sportihome.
- STRICT(with leniency period):
- Your guest cancels their booking more than 7 days before the time of arrival (local time) shown on the listing→ You will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the booking, excluding the service fees due to Sportihome.
Leniency period: If the booking is confirmed more than 14 days before the time of arrival (local time) shown on the listing, we grant guests a 48-hour period of leniency. If they cancel during this period, you will not receive a refund. - Your guest cancels their booking less than 7 days before the time of arrival (local time) shown on the listing → You be refunded the full amount of the booking, excluding the service fees due to Sportihome.
- VERY STRICT:
- Your guest cancels their booking more than 60 days before the time of arrival (local time) shown on the listing→ You will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the booking, excluding the service fees due to Sportihome.
- Your guest cancels their booking less than 60 days before the time of arrival (local time) shown on the listing→ You be refunded the full amount of the booking, excluding the service fees due to Sportihome.
NOTE: If a refund is due, it can take up to 7 days to show up in your bank account, and the service fees due to Sportihome are applied to the refunded amount.
